Aga Hasan grieved at Nazir Wani’s demise

Extends condolences with the bereaved family

Srinagar, Mar 18: Senior separatist leader and president Anjuman Shari Shia, Aga Syed Hasan Almosvi, Alsafvi has expressed grief over the demise of prominent pro-freedom leader and cofounder of Al-fathe Movement, Nazir Ahmed Wani and extended his condolences with the bereaved family.
“Late leader was committed to freedom movement and strived for peaceful resolution of Kashmir issue,” Aga Hasan in a statement said adding that the role of the father of the deceased was also laudable with regard to Kashmir Freedom Struggle.
Haling the services of Nazir Ahmed Wani who passed away in United States, Aga Hasan said, “Late leader played a central and pivotal role for Kashmir Freedom Struggle and he never succumbed to any pressure. His death is a personnel loss for people of Kashmir. It was his dedication towards Kashmir Freedom Struggle that his family was exiled,” he said and expressed sympathies with the Haji Farooq Ahmed Wani and Reyaz Ahmed Wani, the brothers of the deceased leader.
