Visit Qamarwari to condole demise of Gul’s brother-in-law
Srinagar, Mar 13 : National Conference President Dr. Farooq Abdullah and Working President Omar Abdullah on Monday expressed profound grief and sorrow over the demise of renowned trader, Haji Bashir Ahmed Bala Bazaz of Nawab Bazar. The deceased was the brother-in-law of Senior National Conference Leader and MLA Eidgah, Mubarak Gul.
Dr. Farooq Abdullah and Omar Abdullah visited the residence of Haji Bashir Ahmed Bala at Qamarwari and expressed solidarity with the bereaved family and prayed for peace to the departed soul.
Dr. Farooq Abdullah also visited Jawahar Nagar in Srinagar to condole the demise of Haji Mohammad Subhan Bhat and expressed his heartfelt condolences with the bereaved family.
Dr. Farooq and Omar Abdullah were accompanied by Senior Party Leaders and functionaries.
Meanwhile, National Conference Working President and MLA Beerwah Omar Abdullah on Monday visited Beerwah to condole the demise of party’s Block President Beerwah, Haji Mohammad Abdullah Mir. Expressing profound grief and sorrow over Mir’s demise, Omar Abdullah expressed solidarity with his family and prayed for peace to the departed soul.
“Mir Sahab’s contribution to the party will go down in history as a story of selflessness and sacrifice and he will be missed. We should all pledge to work hard in serving the people of Beerwah and that would be the best possible tribute to him”, Omar Abdullah said in Beerwah. (KNS)
