Harkat pays tribute to Chadoora slain militant, civilians
Appeals people to boycott parliament elections

Srinagar, Mar 30: Harkat-ul-Mujahideen on Thursday paid tributes to the slain Chadoora militant and three civilians who were killed during an encounter and clashes in Chadoora area of Budgam on Tuesday.
In a tele-statement to KNS, the Harkat spokesman, Major General Hassan Askari while quoting the outfit chief, Moulana Sajad Shahid Afgani as saying, “The Jammu and Kashmir is the only State where civilians are being killed.”
He said, “Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti is an agent of RSS and Shiv Sena. We won’t allow one to disrespect the sacrifices of people.”
Meanwhile, the outfit chief asked people to boycott the parliament elections. “All the mainstream political parties including PDP, NC, Congress and others are equal. We appeal to the people to boycott the parliament elections.”
“We appeal to the Sarpanchs to don’t contest the upcoming Panchayat elections,” he added. (KNS)
