Conference going to be held in Srinagar
Srinagar, Mar 21: With the increasing tension between the two neighboring countries, India and Pakistan, the Jammu and Kashmir International Political Research Forum is going to hold a conference on reducing tensions between two countries.
A spokesperson of the Forum in a statement to KNS said that the main aim of the organization is to reduce tension and make good relations between India and Pakistan.
“Our main aim is to bring the people of India and Pakistan on the table and to interact to each other to reduce tension between neighboring countries,” the spokesperson said.
Shaheen Iqbal Badhana is President of Jammu and Kashmir International Political Research Forum while Dr Gulzar Ahmad who is in United States of America is its Vice-President and Mehraj Akhoon is General Secretary.
The spokesman said that the meeting was conducted in Srinagar head office under the president Choudhary Shaheen Iqbal Badhana among various party members General-secretary Mehraj Akhoon, Sheikh Javid, Asrar Ahmad were also present in the meeting.
The spokesman said that various issues which were discussed in the meeting besides the party leadership urged both India and Pakistan to came on table and do the solution of world’s highest militarized zone as per the aspirations of people of Jammu and Kashmir and to stop all human rights violations.
