Police partnership Community Group meets held in North Kashmir

Srinagar, March 17: Continuing its efforts to strengthen the police public relations, today two Police Community Partnership Group meetings were organized at Uri and Bomai areas of North Kashmir.
The meeting at Uri was chaired by SDPO Uri, Shri Syed Javaid and at Bomai the meeting was chaired by SHO Police Station Bomai, Shri Abdul Majeed. The respectable citizens of these areas including civil society members, members of trade union and members of Police Community partnership Group (PCPG) participated in these meetings.
During these meetings, participants raised various issues of public interest. They also assured their cooperation in fight against the crime.
The police officers chairing these meetings assured the participants that their highlighted grievances will be taken with concerned authorities for redressal. They also sought public support in confronting the criminal activities for peaceful and crime free society.
