Aga Hasan condemns use of force on students


Budgam, April 17: Castigating Government for using brute force on the protesting students, senior Hurriyat leader and president Anjuman Shari Shian Aga Syed Hasan Almosvi Alsafvi Monday said that after facing humiliation in recent parliament elections, India has now pursued a brute oppressive policies to subdue people of Kashmir.

“Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi wanted to see pen and laptops into the hands of students of Kashmir and today we realized what Modi meant by the laptops and pens. The real motive of India is to crush students. It is utterly shameful to assault students inside their colleges,” he said.

While condemning the use of force on the students, Aga Hasan said that without booking the guilty responsible for Pulwama incident, students community will not get pacified. “Students are the future of any nation and we can’t see them getting thrashed and subdued by occupied forces,” he said and expressed sympathies with the injured students.

Aga Hasan appealed international community to take note of the Indian brutalities in Kashmir. “International community must act to stop genocide in Kashmir,” he said. (CNS)
