Srinagar, Apr 17: Amid the volatile situation in Kashmir, the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) on Monday suspended the 3G and 4G services in Valley.
However, the sources in the BSNL told KNS that the broadband and the 2G services will run as usual.
Reliable sources in BSNL said that the 3G and 4G services were suspended by the authorities at 03:10 pm. “The authorities have directed the BSNL officials to suspend the 3G and 4G services. The services will remain suspended till further orders,” sources informed.
They informed KNS that the broadband and the 2G services will run as usual.
Meanwhile, sources said that the other private cellular companies would likely suspend the internet services till further orders. (KNS)
