G.A. Mir, Peerzada, Taj Mohi U din condoles loss of lives
SRINAGAR APR 07: Expressing serious concern over the losses caused to life and property due to incessant rains and hail storm in South Kashmir and elsewhere in the valley, J&K Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) President G.A. Mir has condoled the loss of lives due to flash floods at Dandipora Kokernag in which two persons are reported missing.
Expressing disappointment over the losses caused to both life and property, G.A. Mir said that his heart goes out for the families, who lost their dear ones in this tragic incident happened at Dandipora.
He urged upon the Govt to ensure full compensation to bereaved families and to those whose orchards were affected badly due to incessant rains.
He also offered condolences to bereaved families and prayed for their courage to bear this irreparable loss.
Meanwhile Former Pradesh Congress Committee President Peerzada Mohd. Syed and Former Minister Taj Mohi U Din has expressed deep sorrow over the loss of lives at Dandipora due to floods, besides causing damages to property in South Kashmir and elsewhere.
Both the leaders emphasized that Govt should constitute a team of experts to make an assessment of losses for compensation to affected families on priority basis, as the incessant rains have caused huge damages to fruit growers.
They urged upon the Govt to provide full compensation to people affected by incessant rains and flash floods. (PTK)
