‘Such steps expose frustration of Indian authorities, state government’

Srinagar, Apr 27: Terming the use of force against students and arrest of Dukhtaran-e-Millat (DeM) chief, Syedah Aasiya Andrabi as ‘condemnable’, Hizb-ul-Mujahideen on Thursday said that such steps depicts the frustration of Indian authorities and the state government.
In an e-mailed stamen issued to KNS, the Hizb spokesman, Saleem Hashmi while quoting the outfit chief, Syed Salah-ud-din a saying, “The use of forces against the girl students and arrests and raids on the houses of women leaders exposes the frustration of the Indian authorities and the state government.”
“It is shameful and condemnable that despite being a woman, the Chief Minister of JK, Mehbooba Mufti is committing atrocities on the youth to save her chair,” he said.
Meanwhile, Hizb chief expressed shock over the statement made by Lieutenant General, J S Sindhu wherein he had said that there is no intent to harm civilians during the encounters. (KNS)
