JeI condemns killing of 60 year old man in Kupwara
Terms it worst form of state-terrorism

Srinagar, Apr 28: Jama’at-e-Islami Jammu and Kashmir (JeI) condemned the killing of 60 year old Mohammad Yousuf Bhat of Panzgam Kupwara by government forces and termed it worst face of state terrorism.
In a statement issued to KNS, Spokesperson JeI Advocate Zahid Ali said that Government forces have made a routine to resort indiscriminate use of pellets and bullets upon peaceful and innocent Kashmiris to muzzle their just and legitimate voice.
He said that Indian forces are big hurdle in the prosperity and development of Kashmir who soak their hands into the blood of innocents and thereby leave this region into the quagmire of uncertainty. These brutal forces with the help of those who are at helm brazenly deceive world community from the realities of Kashmir. One hand they claim to be security force but in reality they are killing Kashmiris mercilessly.
He said these uncontrollable forces punctured CM Mehbooba’s directive to adopt ‘most humane approach’ while dealing with protestors.
JeI expresses its complete solidarity with the family of Mohammad Yousuf Bhat including those who injured and impresses upon the world community to take strong note of bloodshed of Kashmiris at the hands of Indian forces and take effective and concrete measures for the resolution of long standing Kashmir dispute.
Moreover Jama’at-e-Islami Jammu and Kashmir (JeI) appeals all human rights groups to take appropriate action against these forces who tramples every human right in Kashmir. (KNS)
