The Public Health Engineering (PHE), has failed to repair the leakages even as the matter was brought to its notice several times by local residents.

Ironically, Executive Engineer PHE Division Sopore instead of resolving the matter has been asking people to send the waterlogging and damaging pipes photographs on Whatsapp. “How can we send the photographs when internet service is barred here,” said the locals. (CNS)
