Aga Hasan stresses on people to follow Resistance leadership program completely

Budgam, Apr 06: A Shia-Sunni Coordination Committee meeting was held in Central Kashmir’s Budgam district that was presided by senior Hurriyat leader and president Anjuman Shari Shian Aga Syed Hasan Almosvi Alsafvi.
According to a statement issued to KNS, the meeting in which respectable citizens of both the communities participated was called in to assess the emerging situation in Kashmir Valley.
During the meeting it was decided to support the election boycott call given by Resistance leadership on 9 and 12 April. It was reiterated that these elections are nothing but a drama and the shutdown call given by the leadership was also supported.
Aga Syed Hasan on this occasion stressed on the people to follow the Resistance leadership program completely and stay away from the election process. He said that India wants to strengthen the occupation in Kashmir through these elections. “The solution of Kashmir lies in UN resolutions and both India and Pakistan have promised and agreed for plebiscite here,” he said and added that arrest spree and caging separatist leaders will not break the resolve of people of Jammu and Kashmir.
Meanwhile, party spokesman has hailed the role of Iran for offering mediation between India and Pakistan over Kashmir. He said that US, England and France have also offered mediation over Kashmir issue. (KNS)
