SRINAGAR, MAY 12: Minister for Public Works Naeem Akhtar today called for utilizing the space available under the under-construction Jehangir Chowk-Rambagh flyover in a way that it will add aesthetics, social and commercial value to the city.

The Minister was speaking at a meeting called to explore ideas for developing the space under the 2.5 km flyover connecting Barzulla with Jehangir Chowk.
