“The recent peoples uprising and a total election boycott is a grand success achieved through a peaceful political and democratic movement,” Gulzar said in a statement issued to KNS.
According to the statement, in order to reap all possible benefits of this peoples uprising, Insaf Party, out of mere sincerity feels a dire need to include all those pro freedom units, which are out of the ambit of undivided APHC viz; Jamat-e-Islami, all factions of JKLF, Jameaiet-e-Ahlehadees, Ummate Islami, Muslim Dini Mahaz, Dukhtran-e-Millat, Hurriyat JK, Azam Inqilabi (Mahaz-e-Azadi), Shakeel Bakshi (ISL), Mushtaqul Islam (ML), Tahir Mir (SLF) etc in a grand unity to form a Qoumi Majlis Shoura.
“All the pro freedom units should realize that the Indian military and cultural onslaught poses much bigger challenges ahead. It is not the time to ditch others and distribute portfolios but to prepare ourselves for the worst even if we hope for the best,” Gulzar said.
