Oppressive policies forcing students to hit roads: Aga Hasan

Budgam, May 8: Senior separatist leader and president Anjuman Shari Shain Aga Syed Hussain Almosvi Alsafvi has castigated government for using brute force on the students of Budgam Higher Secondary School.

In a statement, he said that scores of tear-smoke shells were lobbed inside the Higher Secondary School. “From past three weeks, police have been continuously targeting students. They are being harassed and detained which is not justified,” he said.

Aga Hasan said that it is the oppressive policies that have forced students to hit the roads on daily basis. “The use of brute force on the students at Newa Pulwama, Aripanthan, HMT, Tral and Kupwara talks about the anti-Kashmir agenda pursued by the ruling dispensation,” he said. (CNS)
