The protesting employees raised anti-government and anti-CAPD Minister slogans. They alleged that CAPD Minister Chowdary Zulifkar Ali is the biggest hurdle in implementing the cabinet order which will pave for their regularization.

The protesting employees told CNS that they will not allow the Department to open up new Fair Price shops until the government doesn’t implement the Cabinet order. “If our demands are fulfilled and we are not regularized, we will hit to roads on daily basis,” they said and added that the Fair Price employees will stage a massive demonstration against the concerned Minister onMay 10 this month.
