Srinagar, May 14: SK Institute of Medical Sciences on Sunday organized a ‘SKIMS Outreach Medical Camp’ at Girls Higher Secondary School Bijbehara in Anantnag district.
The camp according to the officials was organized for delivering institute care at doorsteps as a community welfare activity and a good will programme from the government.
Various SKIMS officials including its Director, A G Ahanger and doctors, specialists and surgeons were also present in the camp.
The tests including the USG and others were conducted during the camp.
Director SKIMS, A G Ahanger told KNS that “the repost of the camps conducted to the patients today will be sent to them either via e-mails or SMS and wahtsapp. The patients have no need to visit the SKIMS to receive the report.”
He said that these camps will be organized in different districts on every Sunday, which is aimed to deliver Institute care at the doorsteps of the people. (KNS)
