Army responds to distress call in Baramulla

Baramulla, June 5:  The Army in Baramula sprung into action when a fully loaded truck on its way to Salamabad met with an accident after losing control and skidding off the road.

    Pressing two of its recovery vehicles into service the Army’s   experienced rescue team successfully retrieved the vehicle and provided first aid treatment to the driver.

      In the recent past also, according to Army spokesperson a  Tata Mini Bus of Jabla Gaon and some trucks which had got stuck in a  drain had been retrieved by the Army reinforcing its commitment to the safety and wellbeing for the people. (CNS)
