Srinagar, Jun 01: Minister for Social Welfare, Science & Technology, ARI and Trainings Sajad Gani Lone and Minister for Rural Development Abdul Haq congratulated the candidates of J&K state who cleared the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) exams.
In a felicitation message, the ministers expressed pleasure over the success of a fairly good number of candidates from the state in the prestigious Civil Service examination (2016).
The Ministers also extended heartiest congratulations to Dr Bilal Mohiuddin Bhat from Handwara who is among the top 10 qualifiers in the country.
Stating that it is matter of pride and honour for district Kupwara that the young aspirant has ranked among top 10, Ministers said his success will definitely encourage and inspire other youths of the state to work hard and aspire for success in various competitive exams at the state and national level.
