Sopore, June 19 : The Kashmir Fruit Growers and Dealers Association of Sopore Fruit Mandi held a meeting on Monday at Fruit Mandi office Mazbok in which scores of fruit growers and dealers were present.
During the meeting all the members came together from both associations and focused to start work together for the betterment of Sopore Fruit Mandi.
Established in 1988 on 372 kanals of land and considered biggest fruit mandi in India, the mandi every year makes a business of around 2600 crore, the speakers threw light on the occasion and said that to make this Mandi a best ever platform for the business purpose we will work together for making this possible in all manner.
The members who attended the function including President of KFGDA Mushtaq Ahmed Tantary, Vice President Ghulam Mohammad Mir, General Sectry Ghulam Mohammad Malik, Chairman Farooq Ahmed Rather and other members from both associations were present on the occasion.
Meanwhile President of The Kashmir Fruit Growers and Dealers Association of Fruit Mandi Sopore Mushtaq Ahmed Tantary said that this is a noble step from all of members who are associated with us to come forward and to work together for the betterment of Sopore Fruit Mandi, he added that my priority is to work with brotherhood which will be the reason to make this Mandi a grand success for the business terms.
