Governor Rule is only solution, Bhim Singh

Foreign intruders are creating havoc in Kashmir,

New Delhi/Jammu/, Sep 21:  Prof.Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of National Panthers Party urged the President of India, Mr. Ramnath Kovind to act in accordance with the mandate of Section 92 of J&K Constitution read with Article 370 of the Indian Constitution in the interest of the Indian citizens (residents of the State of J&K) to save them from further death and destruction by the aggressors and the only way out is Governor Rule under Section 92 of J&K Constitution which can be promulgated by the Governor of J&K with the approval of the President of India. Prof.Bhim Singh said that the Parliament or the Govt. of India have no major role then allowing the President of India to act fast in the interest of security, safety and the interest of the people of J&K who have been passing through a hell for the past three years. The Governor Rule is the only way out.
Prof.Bhim Singh urged the President of India to impose the Governor Rule under Section 92 of J&K Constitution and appoint an emergency council in J&K to advice the Governor. He also urged the Governor to start a dialogue with all genuine representatives of all sections of the society who believe in democracy, rule of law and who want return of peace in the State of J&K, peace with dignity. Prof.Bhim Singh said that all the representatives of all the political parties including the Hurriyat Conference need to be invited in the dialogue to create an atmosphere so that reasonable situation is created to hold next election for the State Assembly. Prof.Bhim Singh also demanded immediate release of all the political activists and the so-called stone-pelters from the jails. He said that this is a shame that teenagers have been suffering in the jails and even in the police stations only because they have been framed by the State police for no reasons. He demanded release of all political detenus and the stone-pelters without any delay. This is possible only under Governor Rule so that a fresh discussion, open dialogue, may be initiated for the good of the people which Maharaja Hari Singh while signing the Instrument of Accession had hoped from the Delhi rulers.
