Karate kids of Tiny Scholars brings laurels to school

Kathua, September 8: Students of Tiny Scholars brought laurels to the school by winning medals in Karate competition held at Sujanpur, Pathankot. In joist of this, to felicitate the participating students, school management held facilitation function in the school premises on Thursday.

Principal Manisha Gupta while appreciating the talent of students said that 26 students of school participated in 7th Open Inter School Karate Championship held at, Sujanpur. She further said that 350 students of 16 schools participated and 23 students of the school succeeded in winning medals. Total 26 Nos of Students Participated in the event among them 23 clinched medals including 1 Gold, 4 Silver and  18 bronze medals. Chetna won Gold medal, Ayan, Kashish, Sudhanshu, and Daksh got Silver medal, Tanish, Divyanshi, Naysa, Dhariya, Thanush, Urvashi, Mayank, Yadunandan, Divyansh, Ketak, Jatin, Lavnay, Akshit, Natik, and Gurvansh got Bronze medal.

Principal Manisha Gupta also appreciated the efforts of Karate coach Sachin and encouraged students to participate in such types of events and it makes our body fit and strong.“In future also such participation will always be welcomed by school to boost the confidence level in the students,” she added.
