NPP Supremo challenge Modi Govt. on K-issue & invited youth to join NPP for K-solution

Jammu, Sep 16:   Prof.Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of National Panthers Party & Executive Chairman of State Legal Aid Committee addressed newly constituted NPP Committee in Lucknow this morning and invited the youth and students in particular to support the movement launched by JKNPP for complete integration (merger) of J&K with the rest of the country which was not done, for the reasons best known to the Constituent Assembly. He reminded the youth of the country that the blunder committed by the Constituent Assembly has not been cured till date which the Parliament of India should have done. He said that it is not one party or the other which is responsible for such a national tragedy but the entire political system and the successive Parliament of the country which are responsible for the present situation.

Addressing the newly constituted strong unit of National Panthers Party in Uttar Pradesh, he invited the youth to join the movement launched by JKNPP to ensure one flag and one constitution from Kashmir to Kanyakumari so that all Fundamental Rights enshrined in the Constitution of India in 1950 shall also flow to the Indian citizens (residents of J&K) at least after 70 years. He reminded the National Political Parties and the youth that the Indian Constitution and its Chapter-III on Fundamental Rights has been squeezed by imposing Article 35A (not through the Parliament) but by the Ordinance of the President of India in 1954. He said that people of J&K deserve Fundamental Rights at par with all the citizens of India and the first step should be to bring the High Court of J&K directly within the meaning and scope of the Constitution of India. The High Court of J&K is governed by the State Constitution and that’s why it is not the High Court of Judicature till today—70 years gone.

Prof.Bhim Singh said that people of Jammu or Kashmir or Ladakh or neither separatists nor communal and nor even anti-India. The day they get their Fundamental Rights at par with the people in the rest of the country the world shall see a change. He declared the committee of U.P. at the meeting and also announced the national convention of the NPP in Allahabad in October, 2017.
