Srinagar, Oct 11: The APHC spokesman has strongly condemned the continuous house confinement of amalgam chairman Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and preventing him to carry out his religious, political and social activities. The spokesman said barring Mirwaiz without any reason has routine of authorities, adding, this aggressive approach of the ruling class can never cow down neither Mirwaiz nor the people of Kashmir to raise voice for right of self determination.
The spokesman also condemned arrest of amalgam senior leader Mukhtar Ahmad Waza at Sadar Police Station Islamabad and said that due to the continuous incarceration the health of Waza is deteriorating.
The spokesman paid rich tributes militants who recently attained martyrdom including Zahid Ahmad Mir of Ganaw Pora, Irfan Ahmad Ganai Heaf Shopian, Asif Ahmad Paul Kathubalan and martyrs of Bandipora Abu Bakr and Naseer Mir. He said the sacrifices given by these youth are the precious assets of the Kashmir resistance movement, adding, due to these sacrifices the voices are being raised on International level for the resolution of Kashmir issue.
