What people of the State are going through in terms of turmoil-ridden security scenario, massacres, non-availability of essential commodities is something they are hardly bothered with. They have even forgotten to take into account the current spree of braid chopping incidents across the Valley and have failed miserably in assuaging the fears of general people particularly that of our mothers and sisters.”
The meeting also expressed a sense of deep disappointment over the casual and irresponsible attitude of the State Cabinet and the Chief Minister made evident by the fact that almost half of the State Cabinet gave the recently held Cabinet Meeting a miss. “This Government has shamelessly conceded the power of cabinet decisions to a select particular lobby. There is a thriving transfer industry operating outside the powers of the Chief Minister and the Cabinet”.
