Police Community Partnership Group (PCPG) meetings held at Langate and Chogul in Handwara

Srinagar, October 23: On the directions of SSP Handwara Shri Ghulam Jeelani Wani, Police Community Partnership Group (PCPG) meetings were held at Police Post Langate and Police Post Chogul in Handwara.
In Langate, PCPG meet was organised by Incharge Police Post Langate Shri Jan Mohammad which was presided over by DySP(ops) Shri Manish Kumar.
The meeting was attended by large number of people including representatives of all the villages falling in the jurisdiction of Police Post Langate
Many social issues were discussed in the meeting and the participants were assured that their genuine grievances will be conveyed to the concerned for their early redressal.
The meeting concluding with the vote of thanks .
In Chogul, PCPG meet was chaired by SHO Handwara Shri Azim Iqbal and incharge Police Post Chogul Shri Mohd Sadiq was also present on the occasion. The meeting was attended by large number of respectable citizens of Chogul area and other civil society members.
The participants highlighted various issues of public importance, matters regarding development in the area and also assured their full support & cooperation in fighting against the social crimes.
The officers assured them that issues pertaining to Police will be solved in shortest possible time and the rest will be taken up with civil administration for immediate redressal.
