RSS chief Mohan Bagwat’s remarks unfortunate, unacceptable: Congress
‘PDP misleading people on its Agenda of Alliance’

Srinagar, Oct 01: Reacting to the Mohan Bagwat’s remarks about the need for constitutional amendments to repeal the Article 370, Congress today hit out at the PDP BJP ruling dispensation for misleading people on their so called Agenda of Alliance, describing the remarks of RSS Chief as unfortunate and unacceptable.
Congress also blamed both PDP BJP for fixing match on sensitive issues and warned that any kind of tinkering with special status is fraught with dangerous consequences.
Commenting on Mohan Bagwat’s remarks, the Party Spokesperson blamed the PDP for complete sell out to BJP RSS for the sake of remaining in power stating that both the Coalition partners (PD BJP), from the day, they assumed power were hell bent upon to the repeal the special status, which works as a bridge between Centre and State and any tinkering with the Special Status will be disastrous, for which PDP BJP will be fully responsible, he said.
He added Congress will continue to strengthen the Special Status of the State and it is capable enough to defeat the nefarious designs of RSS BJP trying to divert the attention of the people from its failures under the garb of Sensitive Issues, which is not only fortunate, but unacceptable to every citizen of the State.
He said that Mohan Bagwat’s remarks has exposed PDP again, as it is evident that RSS BJP have time and again made their stand clear regarding Article 370, the PDP’s silence on the issue is matter of serious concern reflecting it’s complete surrender before the RSS. (KNS)
