“The case was listed at 59th position. As the hearing began, the Attorney General of India pleaded before the apex court that the hearing should be postponed by 6 months citing appointment of the interlocutor by the Govenrment of India,” Ganaie told KNS.
“The court agreed and deferred the hearing by 12 weeks,” he said. (KNS)
