“No imprints of ISIS in Kashmir” Heads of Combined Forces ask militants to stop acting proxies of Pakistan

Srinagar, Nov 19: At a joint briefing on Bandipora encounter the heads of combined Indian Forces Sunday said that they will create help lines for those militants who want to come back to their families.

Police  Chief SP Vaid rebutted the claims that there are any imprints of ISIS in Kashmir Valley.

He said they will welcome those militants who want to return to their families.

General Officer Commanding Lt General Sandhu asked militants to acting as proxy of Pakistan. “They should recall the recent statement of Pakistan PM. They call themselves Mujhahid but are acting as proxies of Pakistan,” he said.

IGP Kashmir Munir Khan said that their focus is on All Out Operation but at the same time they want militants to return to mainstream.

Responding to a question, GoC Lt General Sandhu said the six militants killed in North Kashmir’s Bandipora district were present in the house for last three days.

“They felt they are safe in that house,” he said.
