Shaheed-e-Millat T20 Cricket Tournament: PCC Batamaloo thrash Elites Cricket Club by 81 runs

Srinagar, Nov 21:  In the ongoing Shaheed-e-Millat T20 cricket tournament a match was played between PCC Batamaloo and Elites Cricket Club at Islamia College ground here on Tuesday. 

Batting first PCC Batamalo scored 154 runs for the loss of 6 wickets. Chasing the target set by PCC, Elites Cricket Club was crushed for just 72 runs. Zahid Shah of PCC took 5 wickets and scored valuable 39 runs. He was adjudged as Man of the Match for his all-round performance.

Pertinent to mention that toss was won by Elites Cricket Club and decided to bowl first, which proved disastrous to them as PCC Batamalo played superbly to put Elites Cricket Club under pressure by giving a stiff target of 154 runs.

The Man of the Match was presented by Muhammad Altaf Bhat, while as senior organizing committee members of  Shaheed-e-Millat T20 cricket tournament S. Manzoor and Sahil Ahmad War were also present at the award ceremony.
