Three militants were killed on Thursday

Srinagar, Dec 03: A complete shutdown was Sunday observed for the fourth consecutive day in Pakharpora area of Budgam to mourn the death of three militants killed in an encounter.

Local sources told KNS that all the shops and business establishments continued to remain closed while the traffic was also thin on the roads throughout the day.

“People were seen rushing to Thokerpora village where one among the slain militants was residing. The locals were visiting the bereaved family and were expressing solidarity with them,” locals said.

Earlier, three militants were killed in an encounter that raged between forces and militants in Pakharpora Budgam on Thursday. (KNS)
