Srinagar, Dec 06: Senior PDP Leader Rafi Ahmad Mir has hailed the decision of Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti to hand over appointment orders to a group of victims who lost their eyesight due to pellet injuries during the law and order situations in Kashmir last year.
