Action sought against unnamed Comr Secy for asking MLA to sit in his PAs room

Jammu, Jan 17: PDP MLA Mohammad Khalil Bandh was confronted by BJP members including minister for finance Ajay Nanda for dubbing late Hari Singh a feudalistic ruler. He was seeking action against a commissioner secretary who has not allowed a sitting legislator to enter his office chamber and instead asked him to be seated in his PA’s room.

According to the KNS correspondent, though Khalil Bandh refused to withdraw his remarks over Hari Singh but BJP members forced him to use the word feudalistic rule.

Khalil Bandh was asked to name the commissioner secretary who asked a legislator to wait in his PA’s room but he expressed his ignorance about the commissioner secretary against whom he was leveling allegations.

He also sought implementation of the ROSHNI scheme invoked by the erstwhile Ghulam Nabi Azad led Congress-PDP coalition government. (KNS)
