 Srinagar, Jan 20 : In view of upcoming Republic Day and to make the youth a part of the celebrations Cricket League is being organized by the Army at Uri. A total of 16 teams of Uri and nearby villages are participating.
The teams have been divided in four pools where two T-20 matches will be organized each day from 18 to 25 Jan.
On Saturday two matches were played between Paranpillan and Dawaran village in which  Paranpillan won by 7 wickets.
The second match was played between the teams of Raswari and Jabla  in which Raswari won  by 5 runs. The spectators witness a nail biting finish in tightly contested matches. (KNB)
