Srinagar January 05:  The Rashtriya kissan Mahasangh meeting was held in Delhi in which

farmers from all over the country participated.In this meeting more than 60 Farmers 

organizations from Jammu and kashmir to Kanyakumari participated.

Malik Hamid along with Ali Mohammad wani represented Farmers core team of Rashtriya 

Kissan Mahasangh from Jammu and Kashmir.

The core team decided to Block all the roads to Delhi on 23rd February on two demands. 

First demand is Minimum support price of all crops should be more then 50% of investing 

Cost. Second demand is loans of all Farmers should be waived off. Malik Hamid invited all 

farmer leaders to visit kashmir to help Jammu and Kashmir farmers to solve their 

problem.Farmer leaders assured Malik Hamid that Jammu and kashmir farmers issues will 

be taken on priority. 

Regarding situation of farmers in J&K, All indian Farmers leader Shiv kumar sharma said 

that J&K farmers are our brothers and we will support them. 

He further said that a Delegation of Farmer leaders will soon visit valley on the invitation of 

delegation lead by Malik Hamid and will direct talk with the Farmers of Jammu and kashmir

and will help them to solve all the problems, which the farmers if j&k are facing. He added 

that there should be Government mandis in J&k. 

The loan should be provided to the farmers by the government at zero percent interest rate 

he added.

Malik Hamid said that he is very thankfull to Shive kumar sharma All india kissan leader for

inviting the core of farmers from J&k and showing his concern in favour ofJ&K farmers. He 

further said that a deligation of Farmer leaders will soon visit valley on the invitation of 

Malik Hamid.
