Srinagar, Jan 6: Inspector General of Police Muneer Ahmed Khan on Saturday said that police will chalk-out new strategy to deal with IED blasts, underling that such modulus re-occurred first time after 2015.
“This is for the first time in since 2015 that IED blast was carried. The using of IEDs had vanished because there used to be heavy human loss and sometimes civilians also killed,” the IGP told media men on the sidelines of a function in Sopore.
“This has happened after 2015 and we have to think over it how to deal with it and we will have to put our heads together to tackle and will have to chalk out new strategy to tackle it”, IGP according to GNS said. (GNS)
