Jammu, March 23: Eminent Socio-Political activist Inam Un Nabi today visited the wounded LOC victims of border shelling of Rajouri and Poonch areas and also families who lost dear ones .
He described the pain, penury , heartrending events and scenes on border areas of Jammu Kashmir as slap on collective conscience of humanity and urged India Pakistan to come to table soon to end the pain of masses . Inhuman action on borders by both countries cannot be defended ,added Inaam
He paid glowing tributes to decesead of border shelling and prayed for speedy recovery of wounded and called Government to provide necessary relief to grief struck families.
“Kashmir dispute not getting resolved has made us pay heavy price and it calls on Indian state to leave stubborn attitude and intiate a meaningful dialogue on Kashmir. Pakistan too should take measures on it’s part to ease out tensions .Nobody better than people of Kashmir knows what it means to lose near and dear ones as we are on daily basis shouldering coffins.”
Inaam hoped that better sense will prevail and ceasefire will be implemented in border areas by both countries with letter and spirit.
Meanwhile, Inam expressed deep condolences over death of Nayeem Bhat in Pakistan administered Kashmir ,when protest were on over worsening situation on borders , he called for probe and restraint from Azad Kashmir authorities.
