Our only demand is to dismiss cop from service: Father

Ganderbal, April 05: Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minster Mehbooba Mufti on Thursday visited the family of a kangan youth killed in police action on Tuesday.
As per reports Mehbooba ensured family of Gowhar that justice will be served in the case.
Protests were held in Kangan area of central Kashmir’s District Ganderbal on after CM Mehbooba concluded her visit to the family of slain youth Gowhar Ahmad.
A magisterial probe has been ordered besides the departmental inquiry being conducted by the police. A police man so far has been suspended over the killing, which locals and the family of the slain youth say was killer of Slain youth.
People took streets which including men and women and held protests raising pro-freedom, pro-islamic and anti-government slogans, after CM Mehbooba left the area.
Father of slain youth’s said My son was a student, he was not affiliated with any militant organization, no protests were erupted in kangan area, it was all peaceful here, Gowhar was returning from Musjid, when a Cop shot him in his head near Jamia Masjid kangan.
When asked either it was a pistol fire or Rifle fire he said Cop used his pistol and shot him in his head.
I had little expectations from the probe ordered by the Government, i have put some demands before the CM and will get to know by the end of today if she acts, added father of slain youth.
