Jammu, Apr 18: Crime Branch Kashmir has registered a case against accused Ravi Shankar Mishra and Dilshad Ahmad who lured  Mohammad Lateef Khan of Maharaja Bazar, Srinagar under the pretext that complainant’s cell phone number 9906600650 in a lucky draw has won a lottery of Rs 6 lacs thereby induced the complainant to deposit a total  amount of  Rs 58850 as processing fee ,GST etc into  the account numbers maintained and operated in the name of above said accused persons.

In this manner the accused persons cheated the complainant dishonestly and fraudulently thereby caused wrongful gain upon themselves against corresponding loss to the complainant.
