Kathua: Students peacefully protest in Kangan

Ganderbal: Scores of students of Government boys higher secondry and Government Degree College on Monday staged a peaceful protest in main market kangan here in Central Kashmir’s District Ganderbal.
Reports said students of Boys higher secondry assembled in main market Kangan and marched towards GDC Kangan which is situated in margund some 3Kms away from Main town kangan.
Students of GDC kangan accompanied them back towards main market and staged sit in for some 40mts on Srinagar-Leh highway at main market kangan demanding justice for Kathua rape and murder victim. An eight year old Kathua girl was raped and murdered in Rasana village of Kathua District in the month of January.
The students were seen holding placards in their hands, depicting different messages calling justice for rape and murder victim.
