School, colleges remain close in Kashmir
Srinagar, Apr 04: Normal life continues to remain paralyzed across Kashmir on Wednesday for fourth straight day as separatists announced a protest march to Shopian town in solidarity with families of the militants and the civilians killed in three different gunfights and post gunfight clashes with the government forces’s several places in South Kashmir last Sunday.
All schools, colleges and universities remained closed as a precautionary measure for the third day on Wednesday in the Kashmir valley in view of civilian killings in south Kashmir.
Kashmir is witnessing a complete shutdown since last four days against the civilian and militant killings.

University also postponed all the exams scheduled on Wednesday and suspended the class work as a precautionary measure.
Twenty people, including 13 militants, four civilians and three soldiers, were killed in south Kashmir in three gunfights on Sunday. (KNS)
