Authorities advise medical shop owners to avoid selling medicines without cash memo
Baramulla, Apr 17: Authorities have sealed two medical shops in Sopore for not obtaining the licences. The shops were sealed during a surprise inspection by Deputy Drug Controller Kashmir Irfana Ahmad.
She was accompanied by Assistant Drug Controller at Headquarters and North Kashmir.
Sources told KNS that during the inspection the officers did not find the licences holders on the medical shops which were immediately sealed.
The team is understood to have advised the medical shop owners to avoid selling medicines without cash memo and also asked them not to sell the narcotic medicines without a proper prescription. The team later visited to Handwara also. (KNS)
