JKLF delegation visits Pulwama,Shupian,Ganderbal ;pays homage to recent martyrs
Srinagar, 9 May: Chairman JKLF Muhammad Yasin Malik, Zonal president Noor Muhammad Kalwal and many others continue to remain in police custody. JKLF chairman who was arrested by police on 5th May 2018, is still in police custody while as JKLF zonal president Noor Muhammad Kalwal is in police custody from last fourty days while as district president Ganderbal Bashir Ahmad Rather (Boya), Mushtaq Ahmad Wani (Koreg), Assad ullah Shah are also in police custody from 6th May 2018. Also JKLF deputy chief organizer Siraj Ud din Mir and district President Baramullah Abdul Rashid Magloo are also languishing in Kotbalwal jail under PSA while as JKLF senior Nazir Ahmad Sheikh is serving a life sentence at Kotbalwal jail Jammu.
A senior JKLF delegation today visited various villages of Pulwama, Shupian and Ganderbal and participated in condolence meetings held for recent martyrs who laid down their lives for a righteous cause. While speaking on the occasion JKLF leaders said that these martyrs are sacrificing their lives for an honorable cause and the nation of Kashmir is indebted to them. Delegation which included various JKLF leaders met with the families of these martyrs and expressed solidarity with them. While paying tributes to these martyrs, JKLF leaders prayed for the patience of their kith and kin. Delegation visited Rohmoo, Drabgam, Arihal in Pulwama, Hief Shirmal in Shupian and Chundwan in Ganderbal and participated in various condolence meetings.
JKLF has paid rich tributes to great freedom fighter and martyr Umar Mukhtar Khan and martyr Bashir Ahmad Aka Molvi Imran on their martyrdom Day today. JKLF spokesman while recalling the struggle and sacrifices of these great sons of soil said that Shaheed Umar Mukhtar and Shaheed Molvi Imran were brave person and stood in the foremost ranks of resistance strived for it and sacrificed his life for the sacred cause.
Meanwhile JKLF has expressed its heartfelt grief and sorrow at the sad demise of the brother of great JKLF martyr Bashir Ahmad Bugami. A JKLF delegation comprising of Abdul Rashid Molvi, Muhammad Ramzan and Tika Khan visited Bogam and expressed condolences to the bereaved family.
