SRINAGAR, JUNE 06: J&K state muaythai team participated in Sub Junior and Junior national muaythai championship which was held at SAG indoor stadium Goa frrom 1st June 2018 to 4th June 2018.600 participants from 21 states of India participated in the said event. The event was organised by Sport Muaythai association of Goa sanctioned by Muaythai India National Federation (MINF). J&K team bagged 9 medals,5 gold,1 silver and 3 bronze.
Shah Talha,Maheen Mushtaq,Salman Khan,Hanan Ahanger and Ubaid Ul Fayaz bagged bagged gold medals,Sameer Ahmad got silver medal and Rahil Khan,Suhail Hassan,Arsalan got bronze medals in their respective age/weight catagories.The team was accompanied by general secretary (JKMA) Mr.Aijaz Hassan,coach shahid ahmad and national referee Faraz Ashraf
