JKDFP concerned over unabated killings in Kashmir
‘Human blood is very precious, needs to be saved’

Srinagar, Jun 23: Expressing serious concern over the unabated killings in Kashmir, Jammu Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party (JKDFP) has said that killing of unarmed Mohammad Yousuf Rather at Khiram, Srigufwara and injuring his wife Rafeeqa Bano has put a question mark on the so called state authorities.
Killings in the Kashmir valley on day to day basis is a matter of grave worry, the JKDFP spokesperson said and added that these killings are the direct result of the heavy militarization of the region. He said that cruel Indian forces did not allow Sayar Ahmad, to attend the funeral of his slain father which speaks volumes about the rights violations taking place in the disputed region.
Paying rich and glowing tributes to Shaheed Dawood Ahmad Sofi of Srinagar, Shaheed Majid Manzoor Dar of Pulwama, Shaheed Aadil Rehman Bhat of Anantnag and Shaheed Mohammad Ashraf Itoo of Anantnag, the JKDFP spokesperson said that human blood is very precious and needs to be saved. The JKDFP spokesperson pledged that sacrifices of the martyrs of Kashmir will be protected at all costs and nobody will be allowed to derail the struggle for the right to self determination of the people of Jammu Kashmir.
