Srinagar, July 16: Jammu and Kashmir agriculture employees Association Monday appealed advisors to Governor khursheed Ahmad Ganie and B.B Vyas to look into their demands.
A delegation led by president Sajad Rasheed said that the junior agriculture extension officers seek solutions of their problems. “We appeal that our issues should be taken up and discussed in state administrative council meeting which is scheduled to be held soon.”
The employees said that they were working on grade pay of Rs 4280 from long time while some of them retired on the same grade. “We hope our grade pay will be enhanced from Rs 4280 to 4600 in the SAC meeting,” they said. (CNS)
