Discusses overall current scenario in State
Srinagar, Jul 03: A meeting of senior Congress leaders of Jammu and Kashmir including legislators, ex. legislators and senior functionaries of PCC met here today.
AICC General Secretary Incharge J&K State Ambika Soni and leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha Ghulam Nabi Azad graced the occasion besides Former Union Minister Prof. Saifuddin Soz also attended.
J&K Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) President G.A. Mir presided over the meeting.
The meeting discussed threadbare the overall current scenario in the State.
All the participants gave their inputs over the prevailing situation in the State and put forth their view point.
The meeting lasted for over eight hours in which the participants discussed the future prospects of the Party and discussed strategy to strengthen the organization at the grass root level and also devised strategy to expose the PDP BJP who entered into unholy alliance and ruled the state for 3 ½ hours and ran away from the mess of the situation on political, social, economic and security fronts.
The PDP BJP Govt was utter failure on all fronts. The BJP and PDP cannot escape the responsibility of bringing the all round miseries to the people due to their opportunist and wrong policies.
The Party would launch a vigorous campaign to expose the BJP & PDP especially BJP which is ruling at the Centre also for their total failures on all fronts.
The Party would gear up the cadres. A resolution was also adopted on this occasion. (KNS)
