Srinagar, Aug 28: All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) chairman Mirwaiz Umar Farooq condoled the demise of front runner of Kashmir’s freedom struggle, Syed Javaid Ahmed who died in Rawalpindi, Pakistan after a brief spell of illness. Javaid Sahib originally hailed from Raiteng Rainawari.
Mirwaiz paid rich tributes to the deceased and termed him a great sympathizer of Kashmir and stated that the deceased worked on various fronts to highlight the Kashmir issue. Mirwaiz said deceased was the real supporter of Kashmir cause and helped many people especially refugees from Kashmir. Mirwaiz said that deceased Javaid Sahib was a close friend and associate of Molvi Muhammad Ahmed, Son of Muhajir Millat Mirwaiz Yousuf Shah(RA)
Mirwaiz extended his condolence to the bereaved family and prayed for the highest standards in Janah for the deceased.
Meanwhile Molvi Mohammad Ahmed and many Hurriyat leaders including convener of APHC AJK Syed Faiz Naqshbandi and other Hurriyat leaders participated in the Namaz e Jinazah of the deceased in Rawalpindi Pakistan.
