Srinagar, Aug 1: Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) chief Mehmood Shah on Wednesday clarified that the persons Abdul Jabbar, Hameed-ul-Hassan or others, enlisted by US Treasury, have no links with the outfit.
LeT spokesperson Dr Abdullah Ghaznavi in a statement issued to GNS quoted Shah as saying that the Lashkar-e-Taiba abides by the UN resolutions.
“The same UN resolutions provide ground for an indigenous armed freedom struggle in Jammu Kashmir,” Mehmood Shah said.
He said Lashkar-e-Taiba has no setup or establishment of any sorts outside Jammu Kashmir.
“Our armed indigenous struggle against Indian occupation will continue till the last three Indian soldier leaves Kashmir,” LeT chief said. (GNS)
