AAC delegation visits slain Noor Bagh youth’s residence
Srinagar, Sep 29: On the directions of Jammu and Kashmir Awami Action Committe patron Mirwaiz Umar Farooq , a delegation visited the house of slain Muhammad Saleem Malik who was brutally killed during cordon at Noorbagh. The delegation comprising Muhstaq Sufi, Peer Ghulam Nabi, Muhamamd Yousuf Bhatand Muhammmad Sidiq Hazar offered fatiah prayers for the slain and extended solidarity and sympathy to the bereaved family.
The delegation also conveyed the condolence message of AAC patron Mirwaiz Umar Farooq to slain Saleem’s father Muhammad Yaqoob Malik stating that forces in Kashmir were ruthlessly Killing our youth under the garb of AFSPA ans other special powers granted to them.
Meanwhile,AAC strongly denounced the  harresment of political leaders and ativists ahead of the Socalled civic polls stating that under the garb of CASOs , killing and maiming youth , Govt is filling jails with the resistance leaders to ensure polls are held under the barell of gun. The AAC said that the fact remains people of Kashmir have already rejected the election drama enacted by Delhi through its military presence.
The AAC also strongly condemned the alleged  torching of house of slain armed youth Sameer Ahmed Bhat  by forces terming it highly undemocratic and unjustified act that deserves strongest form of condemnation.
The AAC expressed its serious concern over the criminal silence adopted by the world community over the brazen human rights violations being commited by the forces present in Kashmir. It said people of Kashmir despite ultimate repression are committed to achieve their right to self determination.
